The United States invites students seeking undergraduate and graduate programs to the EducationUSA Fair

The fair will be held in Quito on Saturday, September 16 at PUCE, and in Guayaquil on Monday, September 18 at the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.

Quito, September 13, 2023. The U.S. Government invites high school students, college students, and all those interested in applying to undergraduate and graduate programs in the United States, to explore their educational opportunities at the EducationUSA Fair, in which representatives from more than 24 U.S. institutions of higher education will participate.

This is the first in-person fair since the beginning of the pandemic. It will be held in Quito on Saturday, September 16 from 10:00 to 13:00 in the coliseum at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE), and in Guayaquil on Monday, September 18 from 17:00 to 20:00 at the new graduate building of the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. Admission is free and will guarantee a smooth and personalized experience.

The fair aims to provide students and professionals with valuable information about the diverse range of educational programs, funding opportunities and cultural experiences available in the United States. In addition, during the fair, attendees will be able to connect with EducationUSA advisors, attend presentations on the U.S. admissions process, standardized testing, the student visa application process and other topics of interest. In addition, attendees will learn more about the five steps to studying in the United States: researching options, financing studies, completing the application, applying for a student visa, and preparing for departure.

EducationUSA is a U.S. Government network of more than 430 counseling centers worldwide and has five physical centers in Ecuador in Quito, Ambato, Cuenca and Guayaquil. These centers promote U.S. higher education to students around the world by providing accurate, comprehensive, up-to-date and free information about opportunities to study at accredited institutions of higher education in the United States. EducationUSA advisors provide guidance on the application process, standardized testing, scholarships and visas, empowering students to make informed decisions and achieve their educational goals.
