New COVID Vaccine requirements
Starting October 1 2021, medical exams for Immigrant Visa Beneficiaries and K Visas will require full COVID-19 vaccination. Beneficiaries must complete the vaccine dosis and present the documentation to the doctor in order to get the medical exam. As it happens with other vaccines, there are specific exemptions that cover the reasons for why a person cannot get the required vaccine.
